Hardness Tester

Metal hardness measurement: that material's resistance to hard body pressed into the surface of its capabilities, generally the higher the hardness, wear resistance, the better. Rockwell hardness can be divided into: HRA, HRB, HRC. HRA for measuring carbide, surface hardening layer or carburized layer; HRB for measuring non-ferrous metal and annealing, normalizing steel; HRC applies to quenched and tempered steel, hardened steel, etc.
